Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team.
Polite and patient with customers.
Punctual and responsible.
Preferred Qualifications:
12th Pass or Graduate.
Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
