Job Summary

Audi Ludhiana is hiring Telecallers to support its Sales, Service, and Insurance teams. The role involves handling customer calls, generating leads, booking appointments, and maintaining high-quality customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for sales inquiries, service reminders, and insurance renewals

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to customers

• Generate and follow up on leads and schedule appointments

• Update customer data and call status in the CRM system

• Support sales and service teams through telephonic follow-ups

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication
