Job Summary:
We are looking for a female telecaller with 6 months to 2 year of experience in outbound/inbound calling, lead generation, or customer support. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, generating leads, and maintaining professional communication to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer queries effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide detailed information about products/services as required.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 6 months to 2 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Gujarati.
Basic knowledge of MS Office with good typing speed.
Positive attitude, polite behavior, and convincing skills.
