Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.

• Respond to incoming calls and queries regarding property listings and real estate services.

• Explain product offerings, property details, and features to customers.

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential clients.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

• Generate qualified leads and forward them to the sales team.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
