We are looking for a proactive and organized Backend Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team with enquiries, quotations, order processing, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hindi is mandatory
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams.
• Track pending enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Provide administrative and backend support to the sales team.
