Follow up on inquiries received through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Schedule counselling sessions and appointments for the admissions team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information in the CRM/database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Address basic queries regarding courses, fees, placements, and admission procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for lead management and follow-ups.
Provide regular reports on call activities and lead status.
