Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to our medical and air ambulance services.
Provide information and coordinate with clients and hospitals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Maintain call records and update databases.
Ensure polite, professional, and supportive client communication.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and at least one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, or Odia.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and good interpersonal skills.
