Job Description

Working Responsibilities – Support to Director (Smita Misra) for MLC Elections 2026, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

1. Coordination & Communication

• Assist Director in coordinating with election officials, district administration, and party representatives.

• Schedule and manage meetings, briefings, and review sessions.

2. Administrative Support

• Maintain records, documents, and official correspondence related to election activities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the Director.

3. Election Planning & Execution

• Monitor progress of election-related activities across assigned areas.

• Assist in booth-level planning and data compilation.

4. Data Management & Analysis

• Collect, organize, and analyze electoral data for decision-making.

5. Miscellaneous Duties

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director to ensure smooth election operations.

• Provide flexible support during peak election periods.

Reporting Structure:

• Directly reporting to Director (Smita Misra)

Work Location:

• Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
