We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales and Overseas Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to international clients, promoting our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to understand global customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online networking.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
