● Guide clients in selecting suitable insurance plans as per their requirements

● Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and renewal process clearly ● Generate leads through calls, references, and walk-in clients

● Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

● Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims support

● Follow up with clients for renewals and pending documentation

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details

● Achieve monthly sales and business targets assigned by the company

● Provide prompt after-sales support and customer service assistance
