Hiring: Telecaller / Customer Service Executive – Insurance Medicals

Company: Archishtech Solutions

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Day Shift | Sunday Fixed Off

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 CTC + Incentives

Eligibility:

• Min 12th pass

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge required

Role: Inbound Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

• Call insurance customers to schedule medical checkups

• Explain appointment process and required documents

• Coordinate with diagnostic centers for appointments

• Handle rescheduling and customer follow-ups

• Maintain call records and update CRM

• Send reminders and ensure smooth appointment completion
