Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Healthcare Process)

Process:

  • Inbound — Healthcare Customer Service

  • Outbound — Healthcare Lead Generation

Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
Communication Skills: Good communication required

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries related to healthcare services.

  • Make outbound calls for lead generation.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system.

  • Provide professional and timely customer support.

  • Follow company communication and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Salary

  • Linguistic Candidates: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 CTC

  • General Candidates: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 CTC

Shift Details

  • Rotational shifts:

    • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Week Off: Rotational (1 day per week)
