Position: Inbound Process Associate
Process: Customer Service – Inbound Voice

Language Requirements:
Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and one regional language:
• English + Hindi
• English + Tamil

Qualification:
• Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Work Schedule:
• Rotational Shifts:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs per week

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines and service protocols.
