Receiving incoming calls from retailers or pharmacies or distributers and solving their queries, resolve concerns and manage complaints of any service related issues. Should be excellent in English, Hindi and Bengali

Post- Telecaller (only from retail industry; expertise in B2B calls)

Location- Kolkata Newtown Rajarhat

Experience- 2 years & above

Salary - Max 15000 p.m + Other benefits
