Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller
Job Summary
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers or leads
Explain products/services clearly to customers
Generate sales and achieve monthly targets
Handle customer inquiries and objections
Maintain customer records and follow-up data
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Coordinate with the sales team when required
Update CRM or sales reports regularly
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Confidence and positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Sales and negotiation skills
Fluency in Hindi and/or English
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer service is an advantage
Salary Range (India)
Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000+ per month
Incentives and bonuses may be additional
Work Environment
Office-based or Work from Home (depending on company)
Day shifts or rotational shifts
