Job Title: Tele Counsellor (Domestic)

Company: Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Shift: Day Shift (10 AM – 7 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Eligibility:

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: 6 months – 5 years (Outbound calling preferred)

• Age: 18 – 34 years

• Languages: English & Kannada

Salary:• ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-hand) + performance-based hike

Job Role:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students

• Explain courses and generate interest

• Invite candidates for free career counselling sessions

• Follow up with leads to ensure center visits

• Maintain effective communication and engagement

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer handling & sales ability
