Job Overview

We are hiring Tele Counsellors to connect with students through outbound calls, explain Frankfinn courses, understand their interests, generate leads, and encourage interested students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.

Eligibility

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand
Graduates and Undergraduates can also apply
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Age: 18–34 years
Gender: Male/Female
Languages: Basic English + Fluent Telugu
Experience Preference: Outbound telecalling / lead generation experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and introduce Frankfinn courses.
Understand students' interests and provide basic information about the courses.
Generate and qualify leads based on students' interest.
Encourage interested students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
Follow up with students regarding their counselling/visit status.
Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Working Details

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday – Fixed
Work Mode: On-site

Compensation

Salary/Hike will be based on the candidate's current in-hand salary and relevant experience.
