Telecalling & Lead Generation: Proactively conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using defined scripts and strategies to introduce products/services and generate qualified sales leads.
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming sales inquiries and customer questions, providing accurate, compelling information to convert calls into sales or appointments.
Walk-in Management: Professionally greet, assist, and manage all incoming customers, demonstrating product knowledge and providing on-the-spot sales presentations and consultations.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and direct sales closure.
Objection Handling: Utilize advanced sales techniques and negotiation skills to handle customer objections and close deals effectively over the phone and in person.
Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule for all leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Front Office Management: Serve as the professional face of the company, ensuring the office area is tidy, welcoming, and adequately stocked with necessary materials.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and administrative activities in the CRM/Database.
Data Proficiency: Efficiently utilize MS Word, Excel, and company-related software to manage documents, create reports, analyze call data, and track sales pipelines.
Correspondence: Manage and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Scheduling: Assist in booking meetings, appointments, and maintaining team calendars.
Communication & Fluency: Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with excellent clarity, tone, and professionalism.
Sales Acumen: Proven knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Telecalling Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in high-volume telecalling and handling both cold and warm calling scripts.
Administrative Software: Proficiency in MS Docs (Word) and MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, and reporting).
Professional Appearance: Good professional appearance and grooming standards are essential for representing the company to walk-in customers.
Customer Handling: Proven ability to handle walk-in customers and provide exceptional front-line service.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
1+ years of experience in a combined Admin, Tele-sales, or Front Office role.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and other company-related sales tools.
