We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele counsellot to join our dynamic sales team in the education sector.
The role involves reaching out to potential students and parents, explaining learning programs, and scheduling counsellin sessions with our academic experts. You will play a key role in helping learners make informed decisions and driving the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Engagement
Make outbound calls to prospective Schools Management students and parents generated through marketing campaigns or lead databases.
Introduce and explain the company's learning programs (online/offline) in a clear and engaging manner. Understand customer needs, preferences, and academic goals to generate interest in relevant program.
Appointment Scheduling
Fix students' appointment for detailed counselling sessions with the Academic Counsellor.
Ensure maximum attendance for scheduled demo sessions through timely reminders and follow-ups.
Follow-ups & Database Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until final conversion.
Update lead details, call logs, and responses accurately.
Share daily call and lead reports with the team lead or manager.
Performance & Targets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, demos booked, and conversions supported.
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.
