Job Description:
As a Fresher or experience candidate, you will work closely with our experienced development team to generate lead of the new clients, Product Introduction and Demo, Product Sales, and deal with existing clients to resolve their queries, fulfill their requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Acquire new customers through inbound calls, outbound calling, or email.
· Understanding customer needs and answering their queries related to products or services.
· Work with other support departments of the organization to close more pendency.
· Connecting with prospective customers through their preferred means of communication.
· Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
· Follow the tele calling script to deliver the perfect pitch while talking to a prospect.
· Finding new sales opportunities via inbound calls, outbound calls and email
· Calling your existing as well as prospective clients to encourage purchases
· Explaining the benefits of the company’s products/ services to your potential clients
· Addressing concerns, uncertainties and suggestions of your customers and clients on time
· Making note of important details for every conversation
· Keeping a recording of every attempt to close sales, both successful and unsuccessful, MIS as well
· Maintaining the business database by entering, verifying and backing up relevant data
· Product Supports (Verbally/Written/Practical)- Biometric device, Micro ATM, Android POS, Payment Gateway etc.
· Providing Demo or training to the executives or clients
