Identify potential land parcels for development

Conduct basic market research and property analysis

Build and maintain relationships with landowners and brokers

Support negotiations and coordination for land acquisition

Assist in preparing marketing strategies and materials

Coordinate with legal and technical teams for documentation

Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events

Support digital marketing activities to generate leads

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related field

1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing/real estate

Good understanding of Chennai real estate market

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in English and Tamil

Confident and self-motivated

Female candidates preferred
