Calling customers to sell the products by giving them brief of product prices , features and benefits and understanding their requirements etc.
Handling the customers database accurately.
Understanding the customer's grievance .
Attracting customer by demonstrating about merchandise and services.
Going "out of the box" to achieve future sales targets.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in sales or customer services roles.
Proficient in achieving the sales target preferably via phone calls.
Excellent communication in English and Presentation skills
Relevant knowledge of computers and telephones.
Qualities like negotiations and acceptance of rejections.
