We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

Explain company products and services clearly

Follow up with potential customers

Maintain customer records and call details

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Build good customer relationships

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Confident speaking and convincing skills

Basic computer knowledge
