Job Title: Telecollection Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecollection Executive to join our Collections team. The primary responsibility is to contact customers and ensure timely repayment of EMIs and overdue payments on loans and financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments.

Follow up regularly with customers to ensure payments are made on time.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment commitments.

Educate customers about repayment options and resolve basic payment issues.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams.

Maintain compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
