We are Hiring For Tele Calling

Location - Christian Basti

Salary Starting - 9k after deducting pf and Esic

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to promote/sell Airtel services (broadband, DTH, etc.).

  • Lead Management: Following up on leads, updating contact details, and managing call status in CRM.

  • Customer Interaction: Handling inbound calls for support, addressing complaints, and building rapport.

  • Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing feedback.
