Job Description

We are looking for a polite, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Matrimony team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining our matrimony services, handling inquiries, following up with leads, and converting them into paid memberships. Good communication skills in Bengali and basic knowledge of Hindi are preferred.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with prospective clients.

Explain membership plans and services.

Maintain call records and customer details.

Convert leads into memberships.

Coordinate with the customer support team when required.

Requirements:

Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

Good communication skills in Bengali.

Basic computer knowledge.

Telecalling or sales experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary: As per experience + Incentives.
