Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
Ensure timely collection and resolution of dues
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Intermediate / 12th pass (minimum)
Language: Hindi (mandatory)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: Up to ₹20,000
Fixed Surcharge: ₹2,000
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
