We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Telecaller to join our team. The person should have good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English. As a Telecaller, you will make calls to potential customers, help them with their questions, and tell them about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential customers.
Talk to customers in a friendly and professional way.
Give information about our products/services and answer their questions.
Record customer details in the system.
Follow up with leads and set up appointments.
Keep customers happy by providing good service.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Understand customer needs and suggest solutions.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is helpful but not necessary.
Able to handle customer questions and problems.
Good listening skills and ability to help customers.
Positive attitude and polite phone manners.
Comfortable working with targets.
Basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office, etc.).
