Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive (Collection Department to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited to handle collection calls for overdue loan accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, negotiating repayments or settlements, and ensuring timely recovery of pending dues while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue loan accounts to remind them of payments.

• Negotiate payment plans or settlements as per company guidelines.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and update payment commitments in the system.

• Handle customer objections and provide proper resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and payments.

• Follow all compliance, regulatory, and data privacy guidelines during communication.

• Escalate critical or high-value delinquent cases to seniors when necessary.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 -2 years of experience in tele-collections, recovery, or telesales (preferably in loans/financial sector).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• . You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the day shift.
