Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for prospects, responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound inquiries, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospects from a provided database.

Answer incoming calls and address customer queries effectively.

Pitch products or services clearly to potential clients.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Follow up with hot leads to close pending deals.

Handle customer objections professionally and resolve complaints

Required Skills:

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of calling or sales is an advantage

Ability to convince and handle objections and achieve the targets.

Tech Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office

Languages:

Kannada & Telugu with basic Hindi

Kannada & Tamil with basic Hindi

Tamil & Telugu with basic Hindi

Eligibility:
