​Connect with potential buyers to introduce real estate projects, schedule site visits, and drive property bookings.
​Day-to-Day Responsibilities
​Lead Engagement: Make daily outbound calls to both warm/hot leads and existing databases.
​Customer Pitching: Pitch and explain residential/commercial projects to customers looking to buy a flat.
​Site Visit Coordination: Invite prospects, handle queries, and successfully schedule and conduct physical site visits.
​Sales Conversion: Follow up consistently with prospects to convert site visits into final property bookings.
​Key Requirements
​Excellent communication and persuasive speech skills.
​Strong relationship-building and follow-up capabilities.
​Prior experience in real estate calling or telesales is a plus.
