Job Role Summary:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with clarity and empathy.
Provide product/service information and guide customers on processes.
Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and document interactions accurately.
Achieve call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team for resolution.
Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance standards during calls.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Good command of English and regional language.
Ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (B.Com preferred).
Freshers or candidates with experience in BPO/Client Coordination can apply.
Experience in an accounting/CA firm is an added advantage.
