Job Description – Tele Counselor (Vashi)
Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training is hiring a Tele Counselor at our Vashi center. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students about aviation, hospitality, and customer service courses, explaining course details , generating and following up on leads, scheduling appointments, maintaining call records, and supporting admissions targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-oriented approach. Prior experience in tele-calling, counseling, or sales is an advantage.
