• Minimum 2 years experience.

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promoting products/services and generating leads

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases after each call

• Address customer concerns, questions, and objections in a professional and courteous manner

• Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings with sales representatives when needed

• Assist in collecting feedback from customers to improve services

• Work closely with the sales team to support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
