Job Summary
Club Viator Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective customers, introduce our holiday membership programs, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a lead generation role and does not involve direct sales closure over the phone.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided databases.
Introduce the company's holiday membership plans and travel services.
Identify customer interest and assess eligibility for membership offerings.
Generate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule appointments or callbacks for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads.
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
