Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to NGOs, trusts, and corporate CSR departments to explain available registration and compliance support services.

• Counsel clients regarding documentation for NGO registration, 80G/12A, CSR-1 filing, FCRA, and other legal compliances.

• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads and coordinate with the legal and documentation team.

• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.

• Meet daily and monthly targets for outreach and conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: commerce, management, or law background).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

• Basic understanding of NGO documentation or CSR compliance will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business communication.
