Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Department: Customer Support / Sales Support
Location: Baramati / Pune (or as applicable)

Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales operations for both Chicken Vicken retail/franchise customers and CPP (Processed Poultry Products) division clients. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Support

  • Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customer queries

  • Provide accurate product and service information

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels


2. Order Management

  • Take and process customer orders (retail & bulk)

  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch

  • Track deliveries and update customers on status

  • Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements


3. Franchise Support (Chicken Vicken)

  • Assist franchise partners with daily operational queries

  • Support billing, stock availability, and promotional communication

  • Ensure smooth communication between HO and franchise outlets


4. B2B / CPP Division Coordination

  • Handle corporate and bulk customer inquiries

  • Coordinate with sales and production teams

  • Share product specifications, pricing, and availability

  • Maintain strong relationships with institutional clients


5. CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain customer database and interaction records

  • Update CRM system regularly

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer queries and complaints


6. Feedback & Improvement

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management

  • Suggest improvements in service, product quality, and processes


Key Skills Required

  • Excellent communication (Hindi, Marathi & English)

  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Good coordination and teamwork
