Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Tele calling & Onboarding Executive to join our team. The primary role will involve making outbound calls, explaining our services, and guiding individuals through a simple onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to potential users or partners.

•⁠ ⁠Clearly explain the benefits of coming onboard.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with completing registration or sign-up processes.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate call logs and update progress in records.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).

•⁠ ⁠Confident in making calls and handling basic questions or objections.

•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Polite, patient, and target-driven approach.

•⁠ ⁠Graduate degree preferred.

Bonus Points:

Experience in tele calling, onboarding, customer support, or sales roles.

Ability to build rapport quickly and explain things clearly.
