Tele calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients/customers to invite them for events, seminars, product launches, or company programs.

• Provide basic event details such as date, time, venue.

• Update call responses and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Handle queries politely and redirect complex questions to seniors or concerned departments.

• Maintain professionalism and follow company calling scripts and guidelines.

• Ensure daily call productivity and timely follow-ups (if required).

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).

• Pleasant & confident phone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge.
