1. Explain the customers- based on product offer/benefits.

2. Promoting the products.

3. Customer follow-up.

4. Handling feedback -mails/phones (all communication channel)

5. Providing pricing details.

6. Obtains customer information including names and addresses.

7. Confirms order placed with sales representatives.

8. Handling customer queries and providing proper solution to their problems.

9. Handle E-leads
