Tele Caller

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Telecaller with a background in sales within the automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling CRM or lead management software, managing inbound and outbound calls, and achieving daily sales targets. Knowledge of car detailing and ceramic coating will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and persuasively.



• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and services.



• Maintain and update customer information in CRM or lead management software.



• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.



• Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure a high conversion rate.



• Provide accurate information about car detailing, ceramic coating, and related services.



• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.



• Work in both domestic and international sales processes, as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CRM or lead management software.



• Strong communication and persuasive skills.



• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.



• Prior experience in domestic or international sales processes.



• Basic knowledge of car detailing and ceramic coating is a plus.



• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
