Job Title: Telecaller – Fundraising (Kannada Campaign)•

Organization: Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecallers to join our fundraising team. The role involves reaching out to potential donors, explaining the organization’s mission, and encouraging contributions to support our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential donors

Explain the organization’s work and fundraising campaigns

Build rapport and maintain positive communication with donors

Achieve daily/weekly fundraising targets

Maintain accurate call records and donor details

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: 10th / PUC / Degree

Age Limit: Below 30 years

Language Requirement: Fluent in Kannada and manageable English

Good communication and convincing skills

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹16.5k per month

Inhand: 15k

Mon to Sat working day (Sunday Fixed off)
