Treline Advisory Pvt Ltd is a BPO-enabled contact center focused on Business Process Management (BPM), customer support, debt management (recovery & collection), and digital recovery for the BFSI segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts.

• Inform customers of their payment obligations and negotiate repayment terms.

• Maintain accurate logs of calls and payment discussions.

• Escalate complex or uncooperative cases to supervisors.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.

• Work as part of a team to meet recovery targets.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English. Kannada is an added advantage.

• Prior experience in collections, recovery, or customer service is preferred.

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.

• Willingness to work from the Hebbal office location.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
