Role Overview:
We are hiring Technical Support Executives for Voice Process at Startek Aegis BPO.

📍 Location: 41, St Johns Rd, Rukmani Colony, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka –560042

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
• Resolve technical queries and provide solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain call records and follow-ups

Eligibility:
• Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
• Fluent in Hindi & English
• Good communication and basic computer skills

Work Details:
• Work from Office | 6 Days Working
• Rotational shifts (9 hours)
• Location: Bangalore

Salary & Benefits:
