Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for GPS tracking devices and troubleshoot customer issues.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Assist customers with GPS device installation, activation and functionality checks.

  • Coordinate with field teams for installation and technical issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update data in the company portal.

  • Monitor and resolve GPS device connectivity, SIM and tracking-related issues.

  • Prepare basic reports on technical issues and customer complaints.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the GPS/GPS Tracking industry – Mandatory

  • Good knowledge of GPS devices and IoT solutions.

  • Basic knowledge of SIM/M2M connectivity and device troubleshooting.

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM and computer operations.

  • Ability to coordinate with customers and field/service teams.
