Sky Service Cards-Team Leader-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound - Lead and manage the Sky Service Cards inbound contact centre team. - Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality customer service. - Coordinate with team members to meet service targets and KPIs. - Handle escalations and provide guidance to resolve customer issues. - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the contact centre. - Facilitate communication between management and frontline staff. - Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies. - Support training and development initiatives for team members.
