Key Responsibilities
Contact customers for scheduled and periodic vehicle service reminders.
Make follow-up calls to customers regarding service due dates.
Generate service appointments and coordinate with the Service Department.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, and relevant dealership offers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the system.
Handle customer queries related to service appointments and vehicle maintenance.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and other service team members for customer requirements.
Work towards achieving customer retention, appointment and service-related targets.
Identify potential customers for additional service requirements and value-added services.
Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the concerned department for timely resolution.
Maintain professional customer relationships and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
