Freshers in Customer Support / TeleCaller
Full Time
Install and test GoldSense (Digital Karatometer) machines at customer locations.
Train customers on machine operations, povide demo and resolve usage-related queries.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Maintain installation and service records.
Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel for installations, servicing, and customer visits as required.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Sc. (IT/Electronics) or any related technical qualification.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
Presentable personality with strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits, installations, and service assignments.
Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently in field service environments.
