Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Service Back Office team. The role focuses on managing Customer for water purification spares, including responding to inquiries, sending quotations, ensuring spares availability, and coordinating timely dispatches with the Stores team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer end inquiries regarding water purification spares.
Prepare and send accurate quotations in line with customer requirements.
Monitor and ensure the availability of spares by coordinating with the Stores team and process and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Ensure timely dispatch of spares by closely following up with the Stores.
Track and maintain records of inquiries, quotations, stock, and dispatches. Follow up with Courier services for timely delivery of spares to customer end.
Work cross-functionally to address any delays or operational issues.
Accurate utilization of sales force and ERP for managing customer interactions, tracking inquiries, and updating records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
3-5 years of experience in handling customer query , preferably in water purification or a related industry.
Proficiency in CRM /ERP, Knowledge of MS Office.
MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
