Senior Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at CapitalSetu Pvt Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential business clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.

• Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to business clients' needs.

• Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions over the phone or via virtual meetings.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

• Follow up with prospects to address queries and move them through the sales funnel.

• Handle objections professionally and negotiate pricing or contract terms.

• Close sales effectively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM software.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

• Coordinate with marketing, account management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Share market feedback and insights with internal stakeholders to improve offerings.

• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
